You will receive a registration confirmation email. There is no need for "tickets" for a virtual event. You will receive the Zoom link and training materials via email the day before and day of the training. If you do not receive the email with the Zoom link by 3pm the day before the training, just email us (sometimes email filters or work setting firewalls can prevent the receipt of emails from Eventbrite).
Open the Zoom link in your device browser. The Zoom "waiting room" is available an hour before the training begins. At the time of the training, the host will let folks in from the waiting room. There is no need to log in to Eventbrite; simply open the Zoom link in your device browser.

To be eligible for CEs, NYS licensed practitioners must be logged in for the duration of the training and submit a post-training evaluation. CE certificates are sent via email within three business days.
Hudson Valley Professional Development is an approved CE provider for New York State LMHCs, LMSWs, LCSWs, LMFTs, LCATs, NYS Licensed Psychoanalysts, and NYS Licensed Psychologists.
Other State Boards have accepted and approved of our trainings for their CEs. We encourage folks to check in with their other State Boards for approval of our trainings. All of the information to provide to a State Board can be found in the marketing listing of an event.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made via email up to one day prior to the start of the event. Registrants can also process their own refunds in Eventbrite up to one day before the start of the training.
